Even though HometoCottage.com is mostly a DIY and decorating blog written by me, there are great many things to see and neighborhoods and places to go. That’s why I have this whole section devoted to writing about experiencing some of those other places. Our 100 year old house is in the Midwest, and our cottage is on the coast of Maine, which means there are a lot of miles in between, so I have plenty of opportunity to write about all sorts of interesting things.
